Panoorin :Issue # 1 : Ongoing Flood Control projects sa bayan ng Sta Barbara Pangasinan, nais pahintuin ni Mayor Carlito Zaplan upang paimbestigahan dahil sa mga umanoy substandard na proyekto, ganun din sa mga nagibang slope protection ng nagdaang mga bagyo at habagat ay dapat din na malaman ng taumbayan kung tama ba ang pinagka gastusan o sadyang substandard din lamang.

Issue # 2 : Mga Heavy equipment ng munisipyo na ginagamit di umano sa pribadong proyekto ni Mayor Zaplan, isang "FAKE NEWS". Ayon sa Alkalde, LGU projects ang naturang dredging kayat natural lamang na gamitin ng munisipyo ang sariling equipment ng Lgu, empleyado, at pang krudo, isang milyong piso ang inilalaang pondo kada taon at ito ay nagsimula pa taong 2023.
