Other Prohibited FCPDs:
- All Imported finished products/fireworks; Note: Finished fireworks are those firecrackers and other pyrotechnic devices which the composition inside contains at least fuel and oxidizing agent. (Sec 2, Rule 3 IRR of EO 28);
- Other unlabeled locally made FCPD Products;
- Polyvinyl pipe "boga";
- Manufactured, sold or distributed without the necessary occupancy permit, or business or permit to operate; and
- FCPDs Transported without a "Permit to Transport" to any licensed manufacturer and/or dealer and person/s transporting of more than 1,000 kilograms of combined weight of finished products.
The PNP-Civil Security Group reminds the public to only purchase and use certified Philippine Standard fireworks and firecrackers from registered retailers and dealers.
