You must not accept any damaged packages (spilled, broken, leaking, dented) as these may be billed to you as claims.

You may refer to the Packaging Guidelines to make sure parcels being dropped off by sellers are packaged correctly.

My usual SDrop point no longer accepts additional parcels from me. Are there other locations where I can drop off my remaining parcels?

What if I reach maximum capacity?
Kindly advise the SPX Strat team to update the status in SPX Portal. For sellers who will attempt to drop off, you may advise them to proceed to the nearest drop-off location instead. They may refer to these service points.

What if the number of parcels does not match the inbound and outbound numbers?
If the reason for unmatched numbers is due to lost/damaged parcels not being received by SPX Line Haul, make sure parcels are noted in the Transmittal Form prior to signing as this will be used as proof of SDrop PIC to file for Incident Report.
Technical Concern
What will happen if I have a network connection problem?
Kindly advise the SDrop PIC/SPX Strat Team to update the status in SPX Portal. For sellers who will attempt to drop off, you may suggest the following options: (1) Proceed to the nearest drop-off location. They may refer to these service points. (2)If a shipment is a pick-up, the seller may opt to wait for the scheduled pick-up schedule instead. (3)If a shipment is a drop-off, the seller may leave details of the new pick-up shipment to SDrop/DOP and will inform PIC of additional handover in reference to new pick-up shipment (Note: This will only apply to sellers with new pick-up shipment, otherwise, refer to option 1)
