Taytay Integrated School celebrated English Month with the theme "Promoting Multilingual Education: Linking for Mutual Understanding and Peace." The event, organized by the Junior High School English Coordinator, Mrs. Angeli Acosta-Arnado, featured storytelling sessions for Grades 1 to 6 and peer reading activities for Grades 7 to 10, led by dedicated Grade 10 students.

This activity would not have been possible without the unwavering support of the teachers and the school head, Mrs. Rosalie M. Alfoja, whose guidance ensured its success. Special thanks are extended to the Grade 10 facilitators, who inspired younger learners through storytelling and reading sessions, fostering a love for literacy and understanding among students.

The event highlighted the school’s commitment to inclusivity and the power of collaboration between teachers and students in nurturing young minds. Taytay Integrated School remains steadfast in its mission to create meaningful educational experiences that inspire and connect.

On October 30, 2024, at exactly 9:30 am, the event commenced at Taytay Covered Court. The national anthem and prayer are offered to begin the event. During the opening, Mrs. Reina Mae C. Derecho presented the guests of honor professionals, and Ms. Melanie C. Almerez, the guidance advocate, delivered a heartfelt welcome message. The guest started out by sharing their amazing career journeys, inspiring us with their words, and encouraging us to think more critically about the future.
Immediately after the inspirational words of our guests, Mrs. Angeli Arnado opened the floor for an open forum, at which point students in grades 7 to 10 started asking questions. There are also students that are selected to provide an impression on the career discussion.
Lastly, Mrs. Leonisa Montes gave her closing remarks and also the time for giving the appreciation certificates and gifts to our honored guests.
Remember, don't be discouraged by where others are in their careers.
