Where the magic started. ✨

Before the big milestones, there was just us, a small table, and a lot of determination.

Building this team took a whole lot of patience and serious perseverance, but looking back, every single step was worth it.

Grateful for the day one crew! 🤜🤛

"Don't wait for the perfect moment; take the moment and make it perfect. Growth lives just outside of your comfort zone, and every small step you take today builds the bridge to where you want to be tomorrow."

Panagsa sa tibuok natong kinabuhi, makahuna-huna kita og:

‎"Nindot man diay ang kalibutan noh."
‎"Nindot makita ang palibot nga peaceful."
‎"Lingaw ang kinabuhi kung baskog atong panglawas."
‎
‎There are more things life can offer us.
‎
‎Even in simple things makes us wonder, how lucky for us to see the world in different perspectives of life.

Don't wait for the "perfect" moment to begin. Take the smallest step you can manage today, and trust that momentum will meet you halfway.

How many times have you FAILED?

Many people want the result, but few want the struggle.

Failure acts as a barrier that only those with true passion and grit will climb over.

FAIL early.
FAIL fast.
FAIL more.

But don't let failures DEFINE you.

LEARN from them.

PUSH yourself to the TOP

And feel the SUCCESS that bounds to mold into the best YOU.

Congratulations coach Maricor for your achievement. 🎊

For over a decade, Maricor has been a dedicated part of the DSWD Region VII office—committed, consistent, and grounded in service. Yet despite the stability of her 8 AM–5 PM career, she chose to step into something new. She joined the Protege Program to explore entrepreneurship and create a different path for herself.

Balancing a full-time career while building a business is not easy—but Maricor approached it with discipline, resilience, and intentional growth. She showed up consistently, managed her time with purpose, and stayed committed to her vision.

Today, Maricor stands as an Infinite Ambassador and Retail Star, achieving over ₱200,000 in total sales.

Her journey proves that growth doesn’t require leaving where you are—it requires expanding who you are. With the right mindset and commitment, it’s possible to build something meaningful alongside what you already have.

One Asia is proud of you, Maricor Mercado Rote
