Government office work and classes at all levels are suspended on July 23, 2025, in select provinces due to continuous heavy rainfall brought about by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat). Affected areas include Metro Manila, Pangasinan, Zambales, Tarlac, Bataan, Pampanga, Bulacan, Cavite, Batangas, Rizal, Occidental Mindoro, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Quezon, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, Masbate, Sorsogon, Albay, Camarines Sur, Catanduanes, Palawan, Antique, Aklan, Capiz, Iloilo, Guimaras, Abra, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Benguet, Nueva Vizcaya, Nueva Ecija, Laguna, and Negros Occidental.

Agencies responsible for essential services—such as health, public safety, and disaster response—shall remain operational. Non-vital personnel under these agencies may work under approved alternative work arrangements.

The suspension of work in private companies and offices is left to the discretion of their respective employers.

"Mga Mommy at Daddy, ihanda ang inyong mga anak para sa ating Bakuna Eskwela! 🤲

Ito ay programa ng Kagawaran ng Kalusugan (DOH) sa pakikipagtulungan sa Kagawaran ng Edukasyon (DepEd), na layuning protektahan ang mga kabataan laban sa mga sakit na maaaring iwasan sa pamamagitan ng bakuna tulad ng Measles, Rubella, Tetanus, Diphtheria, at Human Papilloma Virus (HPV).

Ngayong Oktubre, pabakunahan na ang inyong mga anak sa mga public elementary schools. Pirmahan na ang consent form para sila ay mapabakunahan!

💉 Ligtas, epektibo, at libre ang mga bakunang ito.
