Day 28 Cal Def, sleeping early (7-8hrs of sleep), home workout & mobility, running & daily 10-12k steps and now enrolled at a Gym for Strength Training.

Bakit ko ba to ginagawa? Wala lang bored ako eh.

Syempre para sa sarili ko.
To boost my confidence.
Ang dami kayang feeling pogi, maganda, healthy, sexy.

Pero hindi naman tumitingin sa salamin.

Also, mahal magkasakit at ma ospital.
Kaya habang malakas pa ako gagawin ko na lahat.
Lahat ba naman ng sakit inangkin na ng angkan ko. LOL

Sabi nga, “Prevention is Better than Cure”

Same sa work ko now, all our bank facilities w/ Preventive Maintenance, kasi mas mahal pag aayusin ang sira.

Kaya mas ok na ngayon palang ayusin na natin ang kinakain natin at ginagawa sa katawan natin.

I’ve losed 3.4kg. Yey! Let’s G!!!

Basta maganda panahon. Tatakbo tayo.

Start this month I challenge myself na itaas yung run segment ko, nung nagstart ako tumakbo for fitness is 30 secs run / 20 secs walk, then ginawa kong 45/30 tapos maintain ko don.

Pero tonight:
1. nakaya ko mag 1km straight walang walk (no pain din sa ankle and knee, my morning mobility & strength workout worked 🥹)
2. Kaya ko na din every 1km mag 2mins run and 30secs walk.
3. Kaya ko na din mag 400m straight

Iniba ko na din interval timer ko, 1min 10sec run & 20secs walk.

Sa mga susunod na months pa kaya ko na ma maintain ang 1km then walk siguro 30sec hanggang mag 10km.

Wala ako balak mag race/marathon, kasi gastos at dagdag singlet sa damitan. Eh marami na akong Imprint Customs air cooled shirt haha. Malay natin magpa fun run ang IC mas quality singlet pa makuha natin 😌

Anyway so happy w/ my progress tonight.

P.S. Yehey dumating na protein bars ko.
Lage kasi kulang ang protein intake ko 😅
Ang hirap ma reach ng 100g protein a day 🤣

Tumaas yung kahapon, kasi dahil lampas sa calorie allowance at hindi pa nakakadumi 🤣 (constipated na nga nagbawas pa lalo ng dahilan dumumi 🤣)

Pero 2.2kg in 2 weeks! Sheesh! Possible pala talaga 😌

Run yesterday for 10k at ang dami kong PR, nagtry kasi akong 2mins straight running nung umpisa palang kaya sumasakit na left foot and right knee ko, nawawala pag normal 45secs run/30secs walk. Masakit kasi talaga pag pinipilit mo ang mga bagay2 hahaha.

Then before matapos run, 9.6km, ui 400m straight papuntang motor, ayun almost 2mins din yon.
10km done.

Tapos mag 8pm pa non 🤣
Tinimpla ko agad yung whey na baon ko then kagat ng Frankies chicken (tira nung Thursday)
Ok pasok sa 12-8 IF Window ko.

Ang panget nga lang, 9pm na ako nakauwi, d ako agad naka sleep 🥹 d din maaga nagising.
Kaya tinatapos ko pa now workout ko. Huhu haha
