On Saturday, May 10th, 2025, from 5:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the MOL Magsaysay Maritime Academy Grounds, take part in a 3KM or 5KM run combined with art therapy and music therapy sessions. This wellness fusion is designed to promote mental health awareness and encourage a healthy lifestyle.
