Posies&Crafts Scrapbook Order Rules
1. Complete Details First
• Please send the theme, size, and occasion before I start your order.
• If you have your own template, send the link and make sure it's set to "Anyone with the link can edit."

2. No Last-Minute Changes
• Once I start making your scrapbook, changes in design, theme, or size are no longer allowed.

3. Clear Photos Only
• Please send clear and high-quality photos for best results. Blurry or pixelated photos will affect the final look.

4. First Come, First Served
• Orders are done based on the order of confirmation and payment. Rush orders may have an extra fee.

5. No Cancellation Once Started
• If I already started your order, cancellation is no longer allowed.

6. Processing Time
• Allow at least 1-5 days (or as agreed) for me to finish your scrapbook. I will update you once it's ready.

7. Payment Policy
• You can do COD but don't cancel it because this is a customize i can't re-sell it.

8. Respectful Communication S
• Let's keep our chat polite and respectful. I will also do my best to reply as soon as I can.

9. Shipping Responsibility
• Shipping and delivery are handled by J&T
Express. Once the item is picked up, delivery time is no longer within our control.
