YOU’RE 6CM! — BUT WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN?? 🤯🤰

Many pregnant women hear “You’re 2cm… You’re 4cm… You’re 8cm…”
But nobody explains it in a simple way. Let me break it down 👇

Your cervix is like a tight door at the bottom of your womb.
During labour, that door starts opening slowly…
from 0 cm ➡️ 10 cm
until it’s wide enough for your baby to pass through. 👶💛

✨ 0–3cm: Your body is warming up
✨ 4–7cm: Things are getting real
✨ 8–10cm: BABY LOADING… 95% complete 😭🔥

And once you hit 10cm?
That’s the moment every mother has been waiting for “Madam, it’s time to PUSH!” 🙌

It’s painful, emotional, magical, scary, and powerful… all at once.
But trust me, your body was CREATED for this. 💪💖

If you run away from the hospital because you are told you need a cesarean section or go to a prayer camp or deliver in an unsafe place, you very likely will lose your baby and have nobody but yourself to blame.

Sometimes you need to trust those you have studied for many years to take care of you.

This is the only way we can make things better.

And when you feel your doctor isn't taking good care of you, find a different one to take care of you.
