Finished my sweet 16km L*D for this week.
Took me 2 hours for today's work out. Long slow distance can sometimes be boring, but they’re the foundation of endurance. Not every run is exciting, but every run has a purpose.

Different languages. Different cultures. Different backgrounds. Yet, one team. Sometimes exchange of words fail because of language barrier, and we rely on gestures and smiles to communicate but the respect and teamwork always stay the same 🛳️

Crossfit talaga ang pinaka hate ko na work out kasi igagalaw mo yung buong katawan mo with weights na combination ng strength and cardio tapos ang taas ng heart rate mo.

Pero this time kailangan ko to para ma improve ang leg strength kasi malaki ang impact nya sa running performance.

Unfamiliar ako sa mga ganitong exercise kasi palagi ko tong iniiwasan kaya madami pa akong Kailangan malaman sa basics.

Started my marathon training two weeks ago, 7 months to go before I head home, and 7 months to prepare for my dream running event.

I can already tell this journey will test how I manage my time and priorities. Working 13 hours a day with no days off in a cruiseship won’t make it easy, but I know others out there are facing tougher battles and that’s what keeps me inspired to push through. 💪🏃‍♂️

Wrapped up my weekly L*D training today. Honestly, it’s tough balancing it with work onboard, but that’s part of the journey. Some days it’s all about fighting excuses and just lacing up anyway. It’s not easy, but it’s always worth it in the end. 🛳️

1 week back on the cruise ship, and it’s time to get back into the grind. Starting my endurance training with my eyes set on the marathon in 2026. Every run, every sweat, every step counts toward the bigger goal.

Sa mga nag tatanong kung uuwi pa ba ako. Yes, uuwi po ako next year, wag nyo naman ako pag stayin dito habang buhay 😂. Mag kikita kita ulit tayo sa mata, sa ngayon through online muna. Ride and run safe everyone 😁
