We continue from the last chapter with Xebec and Loki, revealing more about the legendary Rocks Pirates.

It’s revealed that Xebec was an extraordinary swordsman who once kidnapped five kings during the Reverie. Eight years ago, Xebec encountered Imu during the Reverie where he also met Harald, and even reaching the secret Room of Flowers. During that meeting, Xebec told Imu that he would return, and even mentioned being a fan of Davy Jones. We also see Gunko, the servant who directly attends to Imu.

Xebec and Harald clashed in the Reverie and the clash was so strong that the Haki went all over the place like Roger vs Whitebeard's.

Xebec’s exploits didn’t end there—he once destroyed the Justice Gate and even seized a ship loaded with treasure taken from the Celestial Dragons. Driven to build power, he joined Davy Back Fights, winning again and again to recruit more members.

He eventually formed the Rocks Pirates. In Elbaf, he was seen with six members: Whitebeard, Golden Lion Shiki, Stussy, West Sea gang leader Marlon, pirate cult leader Wang Zhi, and smuggler pirate Ganzui. Years later, after leaving Elbaf, he seized control of Hachinosu, also known as Pirate Island.
