How my dream turns into reality
2022 - I'm just a broke boy who had a cellphone finding side hustle online.
Then I found video editing.
I had a background on Video Editing for my personal purposes.
I thought it would be easy to make money here since I already had a background,
but I was wrong.
2023 - Just a beginner with a phone and a dream.
No laptop. No fancy setup. No high-end software.
Just me, my old phone, and an insane drive to make something out of nothing.
I was obsessed.
I spent hours watching YouTube tutorials, editing random clips, and trying to figure out how professionals made their videos so smooth and cinematic.
I had no clients, no experience, and zero idea how to make money from this.
But I kept going.
Edited videos on free apps that crashed every 10 minutes.
Practiced transitions and effects late at night while everyone else was asleep.
Studied how top creators structured their content.
Then, one day,
I saw someone on Instagram looking for a video editor. I took a shot.
💰 $50 for my first paid gig.
That was it. That was the spark.
I started freelancing seriously:
Saved every dollar to buy my first laptop.
Created a OLJ account (even though I had no idea how it worked).
DMed potential clients every single day.
Landed my first $680 project after weeks of grinding.
By the end of 2023, I had leveled up.
Upgraded from editing on my phone to using CapCut in my 2nd hand laptop.
Started working with real estate agents, entrepreneurs, and influencers.
Made more money than I ever thought possible doing something I loved.
2024 - Now, I help businesses and professionals elevate their video content.
✔️ Editing viral short-form content.
✔️Creating compelling brand stories.
✔️Helping clients stand out in a crowded digital space.
