This is a common scenario if you're new to the project or the sales industry — don’t panic, product knowledge is the key.



If you’re wondering how to start familiarizing yourself and eventually memorize the product/service you offer, here’s how…

🔘During the training make sure you have a pen and paper so you can take notes and you ask questions.
🔘It’s best to request printed training materials (product/service you offer and call flow/script)



Give at least a week to familiarize yourself with everything. Read your training materials multiple times, and in my case, I write them multiple times. If a week isn't enough, that's okay as long as you're making progress — eventually, the "Not Interested" turns to a "Sale Made".
