LOOK:
The Business Bureau ordered the closure of Green GSM Philippines Taxi, as indicated by a closure sticker posted on its gate at its Davao Depot in JFM Sasa Property, Davao City.

The city government of Davao has ordered GSM to immediately comply with all local permit and regulatory requirements, stressing that the company cannot legally operate in the city until these are secured.

GSM recently held its official launch on Monday, December 15, aiming to provide a cleaner and more sustainable taxi service in Davao City.

LOOK | As part of its continuing commitment to peace, order, and efficient public service, the City Government of Davao formally turned over 32 mobile patrol units, 3 response vans, and 600 raincoats to the Davao City Police Office on December 19, Friday.

These mobility assets will enhance rapid response, crime prevention, and closer police presence across the city, including its borders, ensuring safer communities for all Dabawenyos.

TULONG PA SA QUEZON PROVINCE

Sa huling araw ng relief operations ng Office of the Vice President (OVP) sa Quezon Province, mahigit pang 3,500 pamilya ang natulungan sa Patnanungan.

Nagtulong-tulong ang mga tauhan ng OVP-Disaster Operations Center (OVP-DOC) sa pamamahagi ng Food Box at Relief Box sa 3,679 pamilya sa Barangays Busdak, Tapol, Guinaygayan, Poblacion, Kilogan, Katakian, Amaga, at Luod.

Sa buong operasyon sa lalawigan, umabot sa kabuuang 6,874 pamilya ang natulungan.

𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐃𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐰𝐞𝐧𝐲𝐨𝐬! 🏆

The City Government of Davao was recognized during the 2024 Search for Project Implementation and Monitoring Excellence in Davao Region (DavPrIME), held at the RDC XI 4th Quarter Meeting on December 03, 2025, at the Sotogrande Hotel.

DavPrIME, spearheaded by the Regional Project Monitoring Committee (RPMC) XI, recognizes outstanding infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects, as well as Project Monitoring Committees (PMCs) that demonstrate excellence in monitoring, planning, and reporting, consistent with the Regional Project Monitoring and Evaluation System (RPMES).

In recognition of its efforts, the City’s PMC was conferred the Best City Project Monitoring Committee Award by RPMC XI for its robust monitoring practices and commitment to excellence, accountability, and results-based monitoring. This achievement is made possible through the leadership of the City’s Local Chief Executive, Acting Mayor Sebastian Z. Duterte, who continues to ensure efficient project implementation in the service of all Dabawenyos.

Additionally, the Davao City Special Needs Intervention Center for Children under the Infrastructure Category and the No-Scalpel Vasectomy Program under the Non-Infrastructure Category were also nominated for the DavPrIME Awards.

The City PMC oversees the monitoring and evaluation of all foreign- and nationally funded projects, including those supported through the Internal Revenue Allotment (IRA), LGU counterpart funds, direct releases to the City, and locally funded initiatives.

Congratulations to the PMC and partner offices on this recognition, which is an affirmation of the City Government of Davao’s commitment to transparent, efficient, and results-driven governance.

A fleet of 476 all-electric, low-floor buses was recently delivered to southwest China’s Chongqing, supporting the city’s push for age-friendly public transit and tailored services for diverse travel needs.

MARAMING, MARAMING SALAMAT SA INYONG SERBISYO

Sa patuloy na paglilingkod ng Tanggapan ng Pangalawang Pangulo, taon-taon ay nagbibigay-pasasalamat ang Tanggapan sa lahat ng naging katuwang nito.

Sa Davao City, binigyang-halaga ng Office of the Vice President – Southern Mindanao Satellite Office (OVP-SMSO) ang kontribusyon ng mga PUJ at taxi drivers sa Tanggapan at sa lahat ng mga Dabawenyo.

Kasama ang City Transport and Traffic Management Office (CTTMO) personnel, namahagi ng stubs upang ma-claim ang Thanksgiving rice bags sa mga lugar ng San Pedro, Roxas Ave., J.P. Laurel sa Bajada, Ladislawa sa Buhangin, Puan Overpass, Felcris Centrale sa Quimpo Boulevard, Maa Road, at CM Recto Ave.

Maraming salamat sa inyo, at hanggang sa susunod na pagkakataong makapagsilbi sa mga mamamayan ng Davao City.
