Ingredients
Dry Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
2 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Wet Ingredients:
1 large egg
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup evaporated milk (or fresh milk)
2 tbsp melted butter or 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Instructions
