Completed 1 month on low carb today! 🥹
Nakacheat gamay last weekend pero yes na uy 😂
Been dealing with gut issues for a while now, to the point nga nagpacheck up ko kay grabe na ang acid reflux. I know lifestyle and food choices are the main reasons, pero lisod imanage especially kung GY shift ang work, dili makakaon on time (how I wish naay tigluto 😆), plus my love for spicy food and dairy which are my triggers.
Feeling so much better now. This diet really saved me, and I know mas maayo pa if magpadayon ko with a healthy diet, exercise, and wateeer (ngano lisod ni nga muinom ra man unta 😂).
Grateful to be on this wellness journey with 💚

Bitaw, I’m very grateful for all my past work experiences, those hard seasons prepared me for this. Looking back, everything I went through led me right to what I’ve been praying for since 2016. From being all over the place, karon I can say this is what I want, and this is what I prayed for. Earning in peace is real enough for me.
