Before the Coffee Gets Cold

The book is about a "Time Travelling Cafe" named Funiculi Funicula and its extremely annoying rules.

Rules:
1. only one seat allows you to travel in time and you're not allowed to move from it once in the past
2. you can only meet people who
also visited the cafe
3. drink the coffee before it gets cold

And there's nothing you can do in the past that will change the present.

Given the conditions,
would you still take the chance?
