Crispy Dinakdakan Recipe

This is my version of Dinakdakan and my first time cooking and trying this Ilocano dish. The original recipe must use pork mascara but in this recipe I only used pork jowl.

Dinakdakan is an Ilocano delicacy made with grilled pork parts tossed in a calamansi dressing with onions and chili peppers. It’s delicious enjoyed as an appetizer with your favorite drinks or as a main dish with steamed rice.(Kawaling Pinoy)

Creamy Maja Blanca Recipe

Maja blanca is a Filipino dessert with a gelatin-like consistency made primarily from coconut milk. Also known as coconut pudding, it is usually served during fiestas and during the holidays, especially Christmas. (wiki)

Low carb shirataki noodles in Laksa soup recipe 🍜❀️

Laksa is a Malaysian dish of Chinese origin, consisting of rice noodles served in a curry sauce or hot soup. At its core, laksa is a spiced noodle soup. While it is mostly associated with Malaysia and Singapore, it is also popular in Indonesia and southern Thailand.(wiki)

P**oflan Recipe

Ingredients:
Flan- (cooking time 5mins)
8 egg yolks
1 can condensed milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract

P**o mixture- (cooking time 12mins )
1/2kg apf
1/4c w.sugar
2packs swak milk
1pack calumet
1teaspoon salt
1/4c oil
1tablespoon vanilla extract
2 1/2c water
4 egg whites
