Ang 1 Fern D softgel capsule (1,000 IU) ay:
≈ 1.822 liters of Fortified Cow's Milk
≈ 27 pcs. of Eggs
≈ 200g of Salmon
≈ 400g of Canned Tuna

Ang halaga ng isang capsule nito ay P9 lang. Mayroon tayong 60 capsules, good for two months as vitamins. Mayroon ding 120 capsules, good for 4 months naman.
