Hard to believe that today marks 15 years since my first day at the gym on July 30, 2009. I started working out at age 17, balancing fitness with studying engineering and working as a Civil Engineer. My passion turned into a lifestyle.

Now I retire as a Civil Engineer and focus on my mission, to provide facilities where someone’s first day can be the turning point towards a healthy lifestyle. ❤️
