TO: Potential Apparel Suppliers and Manufacturers

FROM: NMax Club Philippines Inc. – Team Central Davao

1. Project Overview

NMax Club Philippines Inc. – Team Central Davao is formally inviting qualified suppliers and manufacturers to submit competitive bids for the production of our New Official Merchandise: Polo Shirts and Aircool Jerseys.

Based on our official chapter logo, the designs must prominently feature our core identity elements, including the NMax Club Philippines Inc. branding, the Central Davao banner, and our signature color scheme (blue, red, gold, and white elements).

2. Scope of Work & Requirements

Bidders are requested to submit proposals for two distinct merchandise lines:

Polo Shirt Line:

Material: High-grade pique cotton or premium comb-blend suitable for riding events and casual meet-ups.

Design Features: Embroidered or high-density printed NMax Club Philippines Inc. logo on the chest, Central Davao branding at the back, and custom collar/sleeve accents matching our club colors.

Aircool Jersey Line:

Material: Premium moisture-wicking, breathable aircool fabric ideal for long-distance touring and outdoor club rides.

Design Features: Full sublimation printing incorporating the shield layout, Philippine flag/wings motif, three-star details, and the Central Davao banner as seen in our official logo.

3. Submission Guidelines & Deliverables

Your bid proposal package must include the following details for evaluation:

Pricing Structure: Unit costs based on tiered quantities (e.g., minimum order quantities) for both polo shirts and aircool jerseys across standard sizing dimensions (XS to 3XL).

Sample / Mock-up: Digital layouts or physical fabric/print swatches incorporating the exact design specifications from our Team Central Davao logo.

Production Timeline: Estimated turnaround time from final design approval to complete bulk delivery.

Payment & Delivery Terms: Proposed deposit requirements and shipping arrangements to Davao City.

4. Key Deadlines

Deadline for Bid Submission: October 5, 2026

Evaluation & Sample Testing: October 6–12, 2026

Supplier Announcement: October 15, 2026

Thanks to the incredible dedication of our riders, supporters, and donors, we successfully rolled forward with one mission: to bring hope, help, and smiles to the wonderful beneficiaries at the House of Hope.

Highlights from the Road:

The Journey: Miles of open road, fueled by community spirit and a shared passion for giving back.

The Impact: Delivering essential support, love, and provisions directly to the children and families at the House of Hope.

The Community: None of this would have been possible without every single person who donated, cheered us on, and rode alongside us.

Happy 6th Founding Anniversary, NMAX Club Philippines, Inc. – Team Central Davao! 🔥

Just like every ride, our journey as a club hasn’t always been smooth. We have different personalities, opinions, and sometimes, even disagreements. But just like on the road, we learn to adjust, give way, look out for one another, and keep moving forward together.

To every member who stayed with us through the ups and downs—thank you. Your loyalty, presence, and support are what make this club more than just a group of riders.

We ride to have fun. We ride to explore. We ride to create memories. And through every mile, we learn that the strongest bonds aren’t built because we never have differences—they’re built because we choose to understand, forgive, make it up to each other, and stay together.

Some walked away, but many more stood with us.
Some tried to break us, but every challenge only made us stronger.

Here’s to the members who never left, to those who continue to ride beside us, and to the many more roads and memories ahead. 🥂
