GARLIC BUTTER CHICKEN π
INGREDIENTS:
1kg. Chicken slice in pieces , Seared until golden brown, then Remove from the Pan and Set Aside.
SAME PAN:
100g. Butter
1 head Garlic Chopped
1 pc Onion Chopped, Suate until Fragrance
1 tbsp Tomato Paste
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce, then Mix Put Chicken Back
1 tbsp Fish Sauce
Salt to taste
1 tsp Sugar
1 can 7UP
Let Simmer until Sauce thickened medium to low heat.

Ingredients:

3/4 cup Sugar
1 tbsp Salt to Taste
1 tbsp Paprika Powder
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Black Pepper
1/4 cup Ketchup
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
240ml. Pineapple juice
Drops of Red food colour
Mix very Well and Marinade Overnight
