A HEARTFELT TRIBUTE FROM THE PEOPLE OF TORIL PROPER ❤️
To our beloved Barangay Captain Hon. Lilibeth Lim Al-ag, we, the people of Barangay Toril Proper, would like to express our deepest gratitude for your service to our community.
Being a Barangay Captain is never an easy responsibility. It means carrying the concerns, hopes, struggles, and dreams of an entire community. It means being there not only during celebrations and happy moments, but most especially during difficult times when people need someone to listen, understand, and take action.
Throughout your service, you have given your time, energy, and commitment to our barangay. Behind every program, every meeting, every decision, and every effort to make our community better is a leader who chose to serve.
Leadership is not measured only by titles or positions. It is measured by the people whose lives we touch, the community we help build, and the memories we leave behind.
