𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗦 𝗧𝗢 𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗘𝗥
• Only those with Special Mayor's Permit (SMP) shall be allowed to operate from October 30 to November 3 this year, whether within the premises or the immediate vicinity of all cemeteries.
• All vendors must segregate trash and provide their own trash bag/bin for Biodegradable (Malata), Non-Biodegradable (Dili Malata), and Recyclable (Mapuslan Pa).
• Food vendors may only offer non-plastic alternatives for spoons, forks, straws, stirrers, cups and plates to customers.
• Vendor operations shall be limited to 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily.
• All vendors and storekeepers must secure their respective Health Certificates/Cards and a Sanitary Permit from the City Health Office (CHO) before selling.
• All stakeholders, including vendors, shall apply CLAYGO (Clean As You Go) practice and obey the proper waste disposal and garbage collection points determined by the City Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO).
• Vendors must cooperate with the monitoring teams, including law enforcement, barangay officials, and city personnel.
• Only sealed water bottles are to be sold to the general public.
𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗖𝗧𝗟𝗬 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗛𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗧𝗘𝗗
• Liquor and other intoxicating beverages are prohibited for sale.
• Used Clothing (Ukay-Ukay) is banned for sale.
• Any sharp objects such as knife, cutter, scissor and the like are forbidden for sale.
• Vendors shall be assigned specific spaces and must operate strictly within their designated areas. Selling along roadways, entrances, or other unauthorized locations is strictly prohibited.
• Vendors shall not be allowed to sell food with barbeque sticks/skewers.
• Cooking food and customer dining on the sidewalk is prohibited to prevent obstructions that endanger pedestrians.
• The sale of firecrackers, and other dangerous or disruptive items is strictly prohibited.
• Failure to comply with these guidelines will result in immediate revocation of permits and confiscation of merchandise, without prejudice to other penalties that may be imposed.
Let us follow these guidelines to ensure a safe and orderly observance of All Souls Day in Davao City.
