WE’RE HIRING: General Virtual Assistant (with KEAP / Infusionsoft Experience)
📍 Location: Juna Subdivision, Matina, Davao City
🕐 Schedule: Night Shift (US Time zone)
💼 Work Setup: Office-Based
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented General Virtual Assistant (VA) with experience in KEAP (Infusionsoft) to join our growing team. This role is essential in providing top-notch administrative support and ensuring smooth communication with both our team and clients.
🔑 What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience in the VA or BPO industry is highly welcome.
✅ Experience or knowledge of KEAP / Infusionsoft is a strong advantage.
✅ At least 6 months to 1 year of relevant VA or BPO experience is preferred.
✅ Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.) and other office tools.
✅ Excellent at handling administrative tasks — managing emails, scheduling, organizing files, etc.
✅ Strong attention to detail, highly patient, and committed to getting things done right.
✅ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
✅ A fast learner who can easily adapt to new products or services.
✅ Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
