I read this book 3 years ago and now it’s 2025, as I reopened it, I landed on a chapter where I had written about the person I wanted to become.

Honestly, reading it made me cringe a little—but it also surprised me to realize that a few of those dreams are now part of my reality.

I may not remember every insight from the book, but it brought me back to an important truth: real growth happens slowly—through quiet effort, daily discipline, and patience. Manifestation isn’t magic; it’s momentum built over time.

Not everything I wrote came true. Some of the things I once wanted, I no longer want. And that, too, is part of growth—learning, changing, and letting go of the things that no longer align with who you are becoming.

But one thing remains: I’ll keep showing up for myself. I’ll keep trying to become better—not perfect, just better.

So here’s what I’ve learned: write things down. Reflect often. Give yourself space to evolve. Because looking back, even with all the shifts and changes, you’ll see progress—and that’s something to be proud of. ❤️
