GMAIL COMPROMISED?
Google confirmed that around 2.5 billion Gmail accounts may have been compromised following a cyberattack by the group *ShinyHunters* targeting their Salesforce database.
While the stolen data was limited to basic business information and contact details, it is still enough to be used for phishing, vishing, and other online scams.
Although no passwords were stolen, Google urged all users — including Filipinos — to change their passwords, enable two-factor authentication, and stay alert for suspicious activity in their accounts.
