Ahtisa Manalo showcased a "finals-worthy performance" at the Miss Universe 2025 preliminaries, making a strong impression with both her swimsuit and evening gown presentations. Manalo wore a bustier-top gown with a sweetheart neckline and a high slit. The gown was adorned with iridescent stones and gold-hued flower appliques and was designed by Mak Tumang, who also created her national costume .
