Eating sufficient and nutritious food, regular exercises, as well as making sure to have enough rest are ways inorder for us to have a healthy body. On the other hand one must also have a discipline on food intake. Eating to much is bad to our health. We should learn to resist our cravings on a certain food if we knew that we were already had eaten enough. We have only one life so we should love and take care of this.,.
