We're looking to hire cold callers/appointment setters with real estate experience. We are partnering with different brokerages in the United States and are seeking dedicated, self-motivated, and goal-driven individuals who are passionate about connecting with people and handling objections professionally. Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients and leads
- Qualify prospects and gather essential information
- Set appointments for real estate agents
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
- Utilize scripts to communicate effectively with clients
- Update and manage CRM for effective follow up

Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in handling phone calls is required, preferably in a cold calling or appointment setting role (BPO experience is accepted).
- Real estate experience is a significant plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage

Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in cold calling or appointment setting
- Knowledge of real estate processes and terminology is highly desirable
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using a screen monitoring app

Technical Requirements:
- Own equipment with at least an Intel Core i3, 8GB RAM, 7th Generation (or equivalent or higher).
- Own noise canceling headset (USB type)
- Has a stable internet connection and a conducive work setting (with minimal to no background noise)
- Internet speed at a minimum of 100 Mbps (speedtest.net)
- A backup computer and internet are ADVISABLE
- Backup power plan in case of outages (UPS)
