Good morning everyone!

On behalf of our church family, it is my great honor and privilege to welcome each one of you to this special celebration as we gather to give thanks to Bhathala for the life of our beloved Perennial President, Founder, Chief Minister of Immortal White Rock Church Of Enoch and Elijah, Inc. And, Supreme Commander of USAFFE Liberation Army Part 2 (USAFFE Part 2) the Most Rev. Atty. Elly Velez Pamatong, Esquire on the occasion of his 83rd birthday.

Today is more than just a birthday celebration. It is a time to reflect on Bhathala's (God’s) faithfulness throughout the years and to honor a life devoted to serving the Bhathala the God of all gods, leading His people with wisdom, humility, and unwavering faith. We are truly grateful for the many years of spiritual guidance, encouragement, and faithful leadership that have blessed our congregation.

As we celebrate this remarkable milestone, may our hearts be filled with thanksgiving for Bhathala's abundant grace and mercy upon his life. May this occasion remind us of the impact that one faithful servant can have in building Bhathala's kingdom and inspiring generations to walk in faith.

To our dear Church Perennial President/Founder Rev. Atty. Elly Velez Pamatong, Esquire, thank you for your dedication, love, and commitment to Bhathala’s work. Your life continues to be a testimony of faith, perseverance, and servant leadership. We pray that Bhathala will continue to bless you with good health, strength, joy, and peace in the years to come.

Once again, welcome everyone, and may we all enjoy this wonderful time of fellowship as we celebrate Bhahala’s goodness and our beloved Church Perennial President’s 83rd birthday.

Today, we celebrate not only your 80 remarkable years of life but also your unwavering faith, vision, and dedication to God's work. Your leadership, wisdom, and servant's heart have inspired countless lives and built a lasting legacy of hope, love, and faith.

Thank you for answering God's calling with courage and humility. Through your guidance, our church has become a place where people find Bhathala and Christ, grow in faith, and experience God's grace. Your life is a living testimony of His goodness and faithfulness.

ETO NA YUNG URI NG INSIDENTE NA HINDI LANG SIMPLENG ISYU NG PANGINGISDA…

“Iron Bars and Gray Zones: How China’s Maritime Militia Tactics Are Forcing South Korea to Choose Sides”

Ang isang Chinese fishing vessel na gumagamit ng nets at iron bars para labanan ang boarding ng South Korean Coast Guard ay hindi simpleng fisheries dispute. Isa itong sovereignty probe. Matagal nang naiintindihan ng China na ang “gray zone” sa pagitan ng law enforcement at military confrontation ang lugar kung saan hinuhubog ang strategic behavior at kung saan nade-define kung ipaglalaban o unti-unting isusuko ang territorial norms.

Ang nangyayari ngayon sa waters ng South Korea ay kaparehong-kapareho ng operational playbook na ginagamit din sa South China Sea, East China Sea, at sa paligid ng Senkaku Islands. Pareho ang tactics. Pareho ang logic.

Ang maritime militia at commercial fishing fleets ng China ay nagsisilbing extended instrument ng state pressure — deniable, scalable, at persistent.

Ang magiging response ng South Korea ay may epekto hindi lang sa incident na ito kundi sa mas malawak na strategic direction nito. Historically, sinubukan ng Seoul na ihiwalay ang economic relationship nito sa China mula sa security concerns — isang balancing act na ngayon ay mas lalong nagiging mahirap panindigan.

Sa bawat ganitong insidente, unti-unting napupush ang South Korea papunta sa mas matigas na posisyon, at mas lumalapit sa alignment sa US-Japan security framework na dati ay medyo may distansya.

Para sa mas malawak na Indo-Pacific architecture, mahalaga ang insidenteng ito dahil pinapakita nito na ang maritime assertiveness ng China ay hindi lang naka-focus sa isang lugar — ito ay systemic. Mula Philippines hanggang Vietnam hanggang South Korea, iisa ang pattern: incremental pressure, physical resistance sa lawful authority, at unti-unting pag-normalize ng confrontation bilang negotiation tool.

Ang coast guard diplomacy na ngayon ang bagong frontline. At ang China ay lumalaban dito gamit ang fishing nets at iron bars — deliberate, patient, at sabay-sabay sa iba’t ibang lugar.

The national territory comprises the Philippine archipelago, with all the islands and waters embraced therein, and all other territories over which the Philippines has sovereignty or jurisdiction, consisting of its terrestrial, fluvial and aerial domains, including its territorial sea, the seabed, the subsoil, the insular shelves, and other submarine areas. The waters around, between, and connecting the islands of the archipelago, regardless of their breadth and dimensions, form part of the internal waters of the Philippines.

Section 3. Civilian authority is, at all times, supreme over the military. The Armed Forces of the Philippines is the protector of the people and the State. Its goal is to secure the sovereignty of the State and the integrity of the national territories.

Most Filipinos appear to favor strengthening alliances in defending the country’s maritime claims.

86% OF FILIPINOS SUPPORT WORKING WITH ALLIES TO DEFEND WEST PHILIPPINE SEA

A Pulse Asia survey commissioned by the Stratbase Institute found that 86% of Filipinos support cooperation with allied nations to help defend the West Philippine Sea amid continuing tensions with China. The survey, conducted from May 3 to 7, showed the strongest support for partnership with the United States at 84%, followed by Japan at 67%, with Australia, Canada, and South Korea also receiving significant backing.

The findings come as disputes in the West Philippine Sea remain a major national issue involving sovereignty, fishing rights, national security, and the Philippines’ exclusive economic zone. According to Stratbase Institute President Dindo Manhit, the results indicate that many Filipinos distinguish between countries they see as supporting the country’s legal rights and those they believe contribute to tensions in the region.

THEIR FUNDAMENTAL MANDATE WAS STATED UNDER ARTICLE 2, SECTION 3 OF THE PHILIPPINES 1987 CONSTITUTION, AND CLEANSE THE GOVERNMENT IF IT IS NECESSARY. BLOCK ALL SYNDICATED POLITICAL MAFIAS WHO WANTED TO RECLAIM THE GOVERNMENT FOR THEIR OWN VESTED INTEREST. PUT ALL CROOKS AND CORRUPT GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS BEHIND BARS!
