✨ Open to all interested individuals who meet the qualifications below!
There will be a screening process, so don’t forget to prepare your advocacies and showcase your confidence and purpose. 💫

- Female, 17 to 24 years old
- Resident of Barangay Magtuod
- Single and non-parent
- Filipino citizen

📄 REQUIREMENTS

𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦
(Available at the Barangay Building, SK Office 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM — look for SK Chairman Christian Mahidlawon)

- Photocopy of valid ID with Magtuod address and birth certificate
- 1 pc. close-up and 1 pc. whole-body picture (size 4R or 2R)
- Purok and Barangay Certification

* All teams are required to be present and complete at least fifteen (15) minutes before the scheduled match.
* Failure to appear within the 15-minute grace period will result in the team losing the game by default.
* The arrangement of games will be discussed on the day of the Scheduled Date.
