HCDC Holds Broadway's Fest

The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration program held a musical fest with the theme “Broadway’s Fest” last December 13, 2018 to raise funds for the benefit of the Saint Francis Xavier Seminary.

The said musical featured performances from selected students of the BSBA program, as well as alumni and faculty and selected seminarians from the St. Francis Xavier Seminary.
BSBA Program Chairperson Dr. Marilyn Guinto said that the musical was organized as part of the BSBA department’s “Share-A-Gift” outreach program.

“We do this out of love and a dream that this becomes a wakeup call and a start for other people to be sensitive to the needs of others and help them in our simple ways,” Guinto said.

BSBA 4th year student and member of the Broadway’s Fest committee Princess Taguibalos said that she was proud and happy to be one of the people who made the musical possible.

“It was worth it, there were many participants who showcased their talents and it is such a wonderful experience,” Taguibalos said.

The musical was held at the HCDC Main Campus Gym and featured parts from iconic Broadway productions including “Cats”, “Phantom of the Opera”, “Grease”, “Miss Saigon”, and “Mamma Mia”.
