M**F, PINANGALANAN SI ENGR. MOHAJIRIN ALI BILANG BAGONG CHAIRMAN NG INFORMATION COMMITTEE NG ORGANISASYON

Pormal ng ipinasa ni Moro Islamic Liberation Front (M**F) First Vice Chairman Mohagher Iqbal ang responsibilidad bilang Chairman ng Information Committee kay Engr. Mohajirin Ali.

Si Engr. Ali ay kasalukuyan rin Bangsamoro Director General ng Bangsamoro Planning and Development Authority ng Bangsamoro Government.

Ginawa ng turnover ng katungkulan sa Bangsamoro Leadership and Management Institute (BLMI) sa Sultan Kudarat, Maguindanao Del Norte, July 20, 2025.

Ang Information Committee ng M**F ay pinamunuan ni Vice Chairman Iqbal sa matagal na panahon ngunit ngayon ay kanya na itong ipinasa matapos syang maitalaga bilang bagong First Vice Chairman ng M**F.

Sinaksihan naman ng lahat ng Provincial Directors ng Committee mula sa iba't ibang probinsya ng BARMM ang seremonya, simbolo ng suporta at matibay na pundasyon upang mas lalo pang mapaghusay ang paghahatid ng mahahalagang impormasyon.

Kaugnay nito, pinangalanan ring Vice Chairman ng Information Committee si Mr. Marjanie Mimbantas Macasalong.

DAVAO-SAMAL BRIDGE
WRIT OF KALIKASAN vs SAMAL BRIDGE
The (SC) 𝘌𝘯 𝘉𝘢𝘯𝘤, during its session today, July 1, 2025, issued a writ of 𝘬𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘢𝘴𝘢𝘯 in a case which seeks to stop the construction of the Samal Island-Davao City Connector Bridge Project against the following respondents:
- Department of Public Works and Highways;
- Department of Environment and Natural Resources;
- Samal Island Protected Landscape and Seascape Protected Area Management Board; and
- China Road and Bridge Corporation
Petitioners Carmela Marie Santos, Mark Peñalver, and Sustainable Davao Movement claim that the Project will cause actual, serious, and irreversible damage to coral reefs in Paradise Reef, Samal Island, and Hizon Marine Protected Area in Davao City.
The SC required the respondents to file a verified return on the petition within 10 days from service of the writ.
The SC also referred the prayer for a temporary environmental protection order to the Court of Appeals–Cagayan de Oro station for action.
