2. Before you proceed in finishing the form, pay and upload a clear image of your proof of payment
3. Upload a clear image of your (Non-expired) Driver's License (Non-expired)
4. OBR must also register through the same form
5. After the registration online you will have to wait for posting of your picture (Picture for posting). This proves that your payment is acknowledged.
