Singapore has no shortage of beautiful places for photos. Here are four spots I visited that are definitely worth adding to your itinerary!

📍 1. CHIJMES
One of Singapore’s prettiest heritage spots. The restored colonial architecture, white buildings, and charming courtyard make almost every angle photo-worthy.

📍 2. Marina Bay Sands Escalator
This spot gives you that iconic Singapore backdrop without spending anything. Find the escalator along the bridge connecting to Gardens by the Bay with Marina Bay Sands perfectly framed behind you.

📍 3. Peranakan Museum
A colourful cultural gem showcasing Peranakan heritage, art, and history. Even around the exterior, the building’s classic architecture makes a lovely backdrop.

📍 4. Water Lily Pond (Gardens by the Bay)
A peaceful little spot surrounded by greenery and beautiful water lilies, with both Marina Bay Sands and Gardens By The Bay Supertrees in the background 🪷

Is 4 hours in Penang enough?

Nope.

Since we were on a cruise, we only had a few hours before we had to be back on board. Bitin 😅 But it was just enough to get a glimpse of what makes Penang so special.

We walked through George Town’s beautiful heritage buildings, visited the upside down museum, take photos of some iconic street art, and of course, made time for a plate of char kway teow and assam laksa.

Sana next time, hindi na 4 hours. See you again, Penang. 🇲🇾❤️

I honestly thought it was just clever marketing… until I tried it in Penang. Now I understand why it’s considered a luxury among durian lovers.
