Kauri Glen Reserve is a must-visit! The 60m treetop boardwalk is surrounded by majestic, mature kauri (trees) and tānekaha (Celery Pine). Some of these trees are between 300 and 400 years old—a living piece of ancient Aotearoa.

Entry is free, but please use the shoe cleaning stations at the reserve entrances to help protect against kauri dieback disease.It’s preferable to ride the bus rather than drive, as there is limited street parking available around the reserve.

You won’t want to miss this reserve—not only does it give you light exercise, but it also provides peaceful nature vibes that refresh the soul. 🌿
