One of the most useful skills for a VA is calendar management.

Here’s a quick tip: Color code your clients' schedules for better clarity!

Step 1: 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐝𝐞 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 🎨
Assign a unique color for each client or task type. This will help you spot priorities at a glance and avoid double-booking!

Step 2: 𝐔𝐬𝐞 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐁𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 ⏳
Break your day into chunks of focused work. For example, mornings for emails, afternoons for meetings. This keeps you productive without constant task-switching.

Step 3: 𝐒𝐞𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 ⏰
Never miss a deadline or meeting! Use automatic reminders 10-15 minutes before an event to give yourself time to prepare.
