A healthy set isn’t just about getting the job done—it’s about creating an environment where everyone feels safe, respected, and valued. When we take care of each other, we set the stage for better creativity, better work, and better results.
The Eddie Garcia Law (Republic Act 11996) reminds us that safety and well-being come first: from mandatory medical clearances, to providing on-site medical assistance, and regulating working hours to prevent exhaustion. Every member of the team deserves to be protected. We all have to show up—punctual, communicative, and always ready to take the initiative. It’s not easy, but when we work as a team, we raise the standards for the entire industry.
