If we look back sa buhay natin, may moments na talagang masasabi mong pivotal sa storya ng buhay mo.

9 years ago, God’s redirection led us to Davao City and Cacao. One of the advocacies na ipinaglalaban namin is for Philippine agriculture and to spread love for Philippine Chocolates 🥰🇵🇭🍫

The other advocacy is financial literacy for more Filipinos through Financial Independence Retire Early (FIRE)

Through our company Cacao Culture we are able to do both.

Nasa Food business ka ba? Sharing some Business Thoughts 💭 about taste and feedback ng ating customers! Here’s my top 3 takeaways in my over 20 years experience sa food industry

1. Don’t be afraid to ask for feedback or comment ng customers nyo!

Wag tayo mahiya because our customers will give us the most honest feedback and kailngan natin ito.

Wag na natin icount masyado ang Family and friend feedback - madalas sugar coated ito magbigay ako ng example: “sabi ng mama ko pogi ako” 😂

2. Wag ma hurt sa comments.

Very personal ang pag luto at pag gawa ng food products lalo na sa mga nag sisimula pa lang. We need to separate yung feelings natin. We need to hear the comments and validate kung totoo and how many customers are feeling the same way. Do not look at this as an attack but a way na maka improve.

3. Make it part of your process

Isali na sa processo ang pag kuha ng customer feedback. It’s a way to always learn and improve our products or service. Our team is trained to ask and report feedback from our customers. Naintindihan ng team ang importance nito sa business and sometimes nakaka bigay rin sila ng idea for improvement.

As business owners we balance a lot of things and understand we can not please everyone. We need to be open sa feedback , to validate and improve our products 🥰

Minsan may nagtanong sa akin… “ano hobby mo Ken?” Dati ang sure na sagot ko ay manuod ng sine 😂

Pero nung pinag isipan ko talaga ang sagot ko ay mag isip tungkol sq negosyo (starting a business, pag analyze ng ibang negosyo, trying to solve mga problems sa sariling negosyo 😂)

Nag enjoy kami ni misis at narealize namin na ito na ang hobby namin. Sa iba mukang workaholic pero para sa amin enjoying the journey and process of being in business.

Itong picture ay si misis kasama ang aming pamangkin at nag sisimula sila ng bagong business together.🥰

Just sharing this to everyone kasi masaya lang ako na naipapasa namin ang aming experience at knowledge sa iba.
