Corporate name, registry no, and registry date;
Business name, address, and occupancy type;
Building name, address, floor area, owner, and rent;
Number of employees and their names;
*Building permit, Tax Declaration sa building, Lease contract (applicable for new business only)

Copy of government ID, barangay clearance, SEC/CDA registration, business location map, DTI certificate, and tax exemption; and

Due to the unexpected fire incident yesterday (Jan.2,2026) at Gaisano Grand Citygate,the Office of the City Treasurer (Buhangin District) Business Permits One-stop Shop 2026 team will temporary be occupying the Davao City Recreation Center (Almendras Gymnasium)situated along Quimpo Blvd.,this City,to cater/accomodate applications for renewal of business permits under Buhangin District, starting on Monday January 5, 2026 until further notice.

The Bureau of Fire Protection(BFP) together with our technical support from the City Treasurer’s Office are working hand and hand in order to secure the place and check all the necessary precautions,technicalities and equipment.

Restassured you will be notified/updated of any developments regarding this matter.
