All by God's grace ✨

I was a student by day and a BPO worker by night during the height of the pandemic. I worked remotely from Davao for a company in Manila while completing my BSIT degree. It wasn’t an easy journey. There were tears, breakdowns, moments I had to pretend I was okay but I never quit. I did it for my family. We’re not wealthy, but we are rich in love, faith, and determination.

I come from a broken family, the eldest with 3 siblings, and I carry the responsibility proudly. With the strength of my mom, the support of her loving partner, my ever-present girlfriend, and most of all, God's grace, I kept going.

We’re Hiring: Real Estate Virtual Assistant

What You’ll Do:
✅ CRM Management & Organization: Clean up, categorize, and maintain an organized Close CRM with 800+ Zillow contacts. Ensure past clients and prospects are properly tagged and tracked.
✅ Lead Follow-Up & Nurturing: Cross-reference client data, update statuses, and ensure no warm leads are lost due to disorganization.
✅ Administrative Support: Handle backend tasks like sending paperwork, organizing files, and managing transaction coordination.
✅ Project-Based Tasks: Assist with research, content creation (e.g., finding information on real estate topics), and designing simple marketing materials (e.g., property flyers, labels).
✅ Social Media Assistance: Post and schedule light real estate-related content on social media to maintain engagement (not heavy social media management).
✅ Time Management Support: Help Aaron stay on top of essential but time-consuming tasks so he can focus on selling homes.

What We’re Looking For:
🎯 Experience: 1+ years in real estate virtual assistance, CRM management, or administrative support. Prior experience working with realtors or real estate businesses is a plus.
🎯 Skills: Strong organizational skills, familiarity with Close CRM (or similar platforms), ability to handle large databases, and experience with administrative support.
🎯 Mindset: Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently with clear instructions. Able to take ownership of backend tasks without needing constant oversight.
