"Kaya ko pala at kinakaya"
During my first month, I struggled a lot, especially with waking up early since I wasn’t used to getting up at 4:30 or 5:00 AM. I challenged myself to be consistent for at least a week, then a month, because of this. I have PCOS.
To help with that, I started doing 25–30 minute workouts daily. It’s been two months now, and still going. I also found an alternative to walking and workout— joining the Rhonatics Zumba group with Ate Rona, Ate Rheo, and Sis Shan every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. I’m not good at dancing, but I kept showing up, because in Zumba, it’s more about moving your body than doing perfect steps.
I post daily stories and posting photos to remind myself of my journey and the effort I’ve made. This is my way of staying motivated and proving to myself that I can do this. For myself and to our furure mini me's🫶💚
Thank you Lord for the strength, guidance, daily motivations and all🙏💚🤗☺️
