Alang sa kasayuran sa tanan, since time immemorial ang TRWSA formerly known as Agas-Tubig in the year 1990 was formally turn over by the Provincial Government of Davao del Sur thru the office of PPDO, to the Barangay government of Tres de Mayo (" A Communal Water System") ug kini na implementar sa panahon sa administration ni Former Barangay Captain Reynaldo "Reyning" Flores NUESCA sa Tres de Mayo sa tuig 1990. Kini nga proyekto nailhan sa pangalan nga "Agas Tubig" (Gov. Dodo Cagas Legacy) also known as RWSA (Rural Waterworks & Sanitation Association) na karon. Sa laktod nga pagkasulti, Nagsugod kini isip Komunal Faucet-Standpost, LEVEL-1 nga ang sistema: "Maglakaw pa ka padulong sa usa ka Gripo (Faucet) aron makakuha ug tubig, nga gipaambitan usab sa mga silingan dinhi sa Tres de Mayo." Hangtod nga kini napalambo tungod sa maayong pagdumala sa kanhi mga board of directors diin miabot na kini sa LEVEL-3 HOUSE TO HOUSE direct water connections sa tagsa tagsa ka mga panimalay sa atong mga RWSA member consumers. Approved CPC-CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE with Resolution No .101113. This is a (5-YEAR DEVELOPMENT PLAN) that RWSA is now having a legal license to operate and to sell water services, ensuring compliance, safety, and for public necessity, issued with NWRB resolutions upon its approval last OCTOBER 11, 2013 @ NWRB, National Water Resources Board were your chairman of the board personally appeared upon the schedule CPC hearing at NWRB-Office, Quezon City, Manila. During my Second consecutive term year 2020-2022 (in 2 years time from my last term) I was elected again by the majority of the board as Chairman ug mao kini ang akong mga achievements. 1.) Among gipadayon ang Substation Pump 2 Project Phase 2 located more or less 570 meters from the new brgy hall of Tres de Mayo to Purok Pag-sa near Eddie Kap Cadilig House were the Substation Pump 2 phase 2 project was situated., 3.)Tie up with Dasureco board of directors and achieved the installation of Three (3)-Phase Electric Power Connection Line, 570 meters from the national highway bound to Substation Pump 2 phase 2 project where it is situated near Eddie Kap Cadilig House, including the installation of 3-units 10KVA TRANSFORMERS. 4.) Installation of 10 horsepower submersible pump with complete accessories from the financial assistance of the Provincial Government. 5.)Purchased of materials and installation of new pump house, main suction pipes, flow meter, chlorinator shade, chlorinator machine, and purchased of chlorine testing kit. 6.)Purchase of 95 pcs. No."3' UPVC blue PIPES good for 570 meters starting from the national highway brgy hall of TDM attached to the main water connections of Substation 2 phase 2 project area, with fittings/elbows as being installed for the complete Full Operation of PROJECT SUBSTATION 2 phase 2 Project COMPLETION which was materialized and officially turn over last March 19, 2021 supported with RWSA RESOLUTIONS as unanimously approved by the majority members of the RWSA BOARD. 7.) Centralized Water Meter Design and riser pipes @ Richland Subdivision, TDM. 8.) Realized and COMPLETELY installed the 40KVA THREE (3) PHASE POWER GENERATOR SET with complete assembly near the RWSA OFFICE for the SUBSTATION PUMP 1 submersible pump as backed up power generator when sudden power interruption occurs (ARON MAGAMIT NATO PANAHON SA BROWN OUT DIIN OPERATIONAL PA GIHAPON ANG AGAS SA TUBIG SA RWSA OFFICE SUBSTATION 1 PARA MAKAPADAYON UG SUPPLY SA TUBIG NGADTO SA MGA MEMBRO KONSUMANTE SA RWSA) As FUNDED from the Financial Assistance thru the City Planning Office of the city government of Digos. Pipila lamang kini nga mga accomplishments sa akong panahon nga ako naglingkod isip inyong trabahante as board of director chairman diha sa hawanan sa opisina balaodanan sa RWSA kuyog sa akong kaubanan nga mga Board of directors kaniadto.
