The Ambassador’s Hall stands as a milestone project for I Syoot. In just three months, we brought together a remarkable ensemble of artisans, painters, and trusted suppliers to create a one-of-a-kind tribute space honoring Ambassador Philippe Jones Lhuillier.
At its heart is a three-angle, ten-foot lenticular artwork — the first of its kind in the Philippines — seamlessly merging three distinct images through a combination of freehand and digital art. This stunning piece was brought to life by multi-awarded international muralist AG Sano and gifted graphic artist Laura Aguila.
Adding another layer of artistry, Punique’s Noel Garcia, working closely with 17 mother weavers, crafted a breathtaking seven-foot portrait of the Ambassador and Mrs. Lhuillier using the intricate pointillism technique. Adorned with delicate embellishments fashioned from folded coconut leaves, the work not only celebrates their legacy but also champions the traditional leaf-folding art of Malolos, Bulacan.
Adding nostalgia are the treasured photographs of the Lhuillier family and a replica of the 1987 Cebuana Lhuillier Pawnshop. By peaking through the counter , you will be delighted to see a hologram of Cebuana shop in the present.
Thank you to the Cebuana Lhuillier Foundation and to the Lhuillier family for your trust🤗.
