Nakita ko yung Naninira at nagpapa-bagsak sakin at sa Sogomi noong 2010 dito sa Vitafoods Thailand, yung babaeng super christian religious at laging long palda na trinaydor nya dati nyang boss. Tinawag ako at sinagot ko ng Demonya ka eh!

TIPS sa MagVeventure sa Inspired Perfume Industry

#1: Look for Supplier na Vocal na nagtuturo lalo nageeducate sa social media like sa FB kahit kinakainggitan at ina-away at sinasabihan ng masama.

Either ako(sogomi) at BC Fragrance (bernadette lim) lang ang gumagawa nyan. Tipong nagtya-tyaga na i-share ang knowledge ng LIBRE

You cannot expect other big companies and/or direct distributor to educate. Yung mga Ahente nila eh tatamarin yan kung wala din sila mapapala. Gusto nila eh buyer ka muna sa kanila at may MOQ pa sila na big quantity (25kgs) bago ka nila ientertain or ng agent nila at bigyan ka ng attention. Saka ka lang nila mafofocus at iinvite sa mga paseminar nila kapag big buyer ka ba.

2 lang kami nyan na tumutulong sa industry.

#2: then look for supplier na close to OG ang amoy. Buy Small samples like 30ml or visit their physical store para direct mag-sniff ka. Request ka mg Sniffing strips then iuwi mo yung sniffing strips na may FO para matest mo kung tatagal ang Scent Notes (Top, Mid, Base) ng hanggang ilang araw.

#3: then next is check for the price. Be practical. Get the best price deal. Pag lumakas ka na at kaya mo na mag MOQ, request for discount. Kaya yan ng supplier mag adjust ng profit margin na hindi kaya ng ibang Multinational Company.

#4: then next check for MOQ para di sayang pera at matutulog lang kung sobrang laki ng MOQ. Remember, goal ng business mo kumita. Pag madami ka stock at hindi mo mabenta eh sayang pera. Take note ang mga FO maximum 3 years lang yan.. mas mababa pa pag mataas ang vanillin content ng FO. Yung iba 1 year lang.

#5: Then next check mo available ba yung item FO or not. if not how long bago iparating. need ba magconsolidate si supplier (ibig sabihin antayin nila yung iba pa na paorder) bago magparating ng isahan.. Or kung ipa-airfreight eh ilan days at sasagutin mo ba ang Airfreight cost na pagkamahal mahal?

tandaan, the more delay, the more delay ang sales.. ang client mo bibili na sa iba, and it will be difficult for you to win back yung client mo na nakahanap na ng ibang perfume supplier

#6: then last , check delivery/pick up service.. mabilis ba sila.. kasi karamihan ng big companies, the next week pa. unlike sa sogomi, pagkabayad, after 1hr pwede mo na ipick up..

#7: Kumpleto ba si supplier ng COA (certificate of analysis) MSDS/SDS (Safety Data Sheet), at IFRA Certificate? irequest mo.

#8: Lastly, nagpapautang or terms ba si supplier mo? haha.. ibang usapan na yan. mapapautang ka kung may nabuo ng matatag client-supplier relationship at yung trust.

• Optional free accommodation at Alumni Hostel at OAR, or UPLB Guest House.
• Will be issued the necessary appointment papers and ID as a UPLB Alumni Fellow.
• Access to the UPLB University Health Service at employee rate.

𝘌𝘭𝘪𝘨𝘪𝘣𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘈𝘭𝘶𝘮𝘯𝘪:
• Have graduated, or have taken at least 60 units of BS academic load from UPLB.
• Should be an active member of the UPLB Alumni Association (membership must be updated by the time of nomination).
• Have at least a minimum 10 years of work experience.
• Willing to travel and stay at UPLB accommodation (but can have alternative arrangements at their own expense).
• Render at least 24 hours of face-to-face engagement to UPLB.
• Not currently employed in UPLB.
• Must have proven expertise to be determined by the Requesting Unit and included in the nomination letter.
