sulit na sulit daw sila pag binili kasi ang ginawa ko eh 30% Extrait. Using my Formula sa Perfume Workshop na totoong 30% FO. 😳

Binili ba naman sa presyong 150 pesos only para sa 100ml na crimp bottle na 30% Extrait Perfume. 😁

Gawin ko nga ulit sa November para sa Booth ng Sogomi sa PhilSME. 😅

My Opinion:

First alamin muna ang root cause bakit kailangan ng OJT/Internship? Kasi based on my own personal experience, Chemistry Majors of UP Los Banos actually do not need OJT/Internship Program.

Before painting bad image on the companies, why don’t you ask your school first? Bakit hindi nag-iinvest ang school nyo ng mga Instruments, Machines, Equipments para may first hand experience kayo at hindi nyo na need hanapin pa sa ibang Company? Yung mga Businesses or Companies which are sister company of your school eh obligation nila to take in interns. The School must Invest in Hiring competent Faculty yung tipong may galing at dunong both industry and academe. Palibhasa by the book/theory lang magaling ang hinahire nila pero tamad kasi mas gusto nila mag internship na lang ang mga students para hindi sila magturo properly pero bayad ang faculty. Lastly, masaya ang school kasi bayad ang students pero ipapasa nila sa mga companies ang obligation nila. Makakatipid pa sila sa Utilitity Expenses kasi wala ang mga students sa school premises.

Tapos you (school) will mandate companies to pay your students for your Internship Program na ginawa (school) nyo on your own with your own Demanding MOA without even consulting the company kung san nyo ibabato dahil sa katamaran nyo!

I am in favor in Eliminating Insternship Fees. I have heard this practice before.. Pinagbabayad ang mga students for internship fees sa mga companies expecially sa mga hospitals.

Akbayan Partylist Representative Chel Diokno announced on Saturday that they have filed the "Interns' Rights and Welfare Bill" or House Bill 5081 in a video posted on X, featuring Lasallian content creator Russco Jarviña.

The proposed measure seeks to ensure that proper compensation is granted to college and university students who are required to undergo internships as part of their academic requirements.

"Sa panukalang ito, ang mga university at college students na required mag-internship ay may karapatan sa just compensation, tamang working hours, leaves, proteksyon vs diskriminasyon, sexual harassment, abuse, at exploitation, atbp." Diokno wrote.

SKL from Sogomi:
Client went to Sogomi QC for FO Sniffing, she was amazed how close to OG and moreso, shocked that the prices where almost Half cheaper than all of her other suppliers. Silent follower ko daw sya. 😊 thanks po Madam
