This March 3, we recognize the importance of protecting the planet’s rich biodiversity and ensuring a sustainable future for both people and wildlife. The 𝐃𝐄𝐍𝐑-𝐔𝐍𝐃𝐏/𝐆𝐄𝐅 𝐁𝐢𝐨𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 is committed to conserving key species, including the T𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐰, 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐄𝐚𝐠𝐥𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐫𝐨 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐨 𝐁𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠-𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐏𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐨𝐧𝐬, along with the diverse flora and fauna found within the 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐫𝐨 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐨 𝐁𝐢𝐨𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐨𝐫𝐬.
To safeguard these species and their habitats, the Project is implementing integrated management strategies:

✅ 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐢𝐨𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲-𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐥𝐲 𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐬 – Empowering local communities by helping them benefit from sustainable ecosystem services, such as ecotourism, agroforestry, and non-timber forest products.
✅ 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 – Enhancing the knowledge, skills, and resources of local stakeholders to effectively manage and protect biodiversity corridors.
By working together, we can create a future where wildlife thrives and communities flourish. Let’s invest in people and the planet for a more sustainable world! 💚🌍
