Moderate to heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds are expected over Tarlac(San Jose, Mayantoc, Camiling, San Clemente, Santa Ignacia, Moncada, Tarlac City, Paniqui, Gerona, Victoria, Capas, Concepcion, La Paz), (Abucay, Samal, Orani, Hermosa, ), Pampanga(Floridablanca, Lubao, Macabebe, Sasmuan) and Nueva Ecija(Bongabon, Laur, Gabaldon, General Tinio, Palayan, Rizal, Pantabangan) within the next 2 hours.

The above conditions are being experienced in Zambales(Santa Cruz) which may persist within 2 hours and may affect nearby areas.

All are advised to take precautionary measures against the impacts associated with these hazards which include flash floods and landslides.

As of 8:00 AM today, 08 July 2026, the Super Typhoon with international name "BAVI" being monitored has entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) and has been given the local name "INDAY".

All are advised to monitor updates from DOST-PAGASA.

Heavy rainfall outlook due to Tropical Cyclone INDAY
Friday (July 10)
Moderate to Heavy (50-100 mm):

Forecast rainfall may be higher in mountainous and elevated areas. Moreover, impacts in some areas may be worsened by significant antecedent rainfall.

The public disaster risk reduction and management offices concerned are advised to take all necessary measure to protect life and property. PAGASA Regional Services Divisions may issue Heavy Rainfall Warnings/Thunderstorms Advisories, and other severe weather information specific to their areas of responsibility as appropriate.

Unless significant changes occur, the next Weather Advisory will be issued at 11:00 AM today.
