"Madawat ba kaha ko?"
That was my line before. Before I applied as a customer service representative, grabe ang doubt sa self. Looking back at the application process, it was so hard knowing this type of industry kay bago sa akoa. But I tried. I always told myself na "fake it til you make it, Jok".
I still remember when I went to the company to apply for the position of CSR, grabi ang kakulba Haha. To the point na nakahuna huna kog "muuli nalang kaha kog balik?". But naa pod sa akong mind nga walay mahitabo pag dili pod mag try.
" Open the call for me"... "ring ring"... "Hi, thank you for calling"..
Those lines kay madungog nimo during training and mock call. Those were the days nga padulong palang ka sa company nangurog na imong tiil. Like, ganahan na kaayo ka muundang na, training palang gali. HAHAHAHA. It was so hard for me kay first time gud oy, and the rest is history.
